The virtual consultation is $50 for a 30 minute one-to-one video call.
What can we discuss?
You can use the time for pool water problems, equipment troubleshooting, maintenance questions, pool robot advice, upgrade planning or general pool care.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. Just explain what you are seeing and show us the pool and equipment on camera. We will guide you through the useful checks.
Can you diagnose every problem virtually?
No. Some faults require electrical testing, pressure testing, physical inspection or hands-on diagnosis. If that is the case, we will explain the next sensible step.
Can you recommend replacement equipment?
Yes. We can discuss pumps, filters, chlorinators, robotic cleaners, heating and other pool equipment, including likely compatibility with the existing setup.
What happens if I need an onsite visit afterward?
We can explain the likely onsite service required and you can then arrange a Pool Perfectionists visit where available.
