3.1 All orders are shipped via Australia Post Tracked Delivery.
3.2 Tracking details will be provided to allow customers to monitor delivery progress.

4.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.

5. Delivery Conditions
5.1 Deliveries are made during standard Australia Post operating hours.
5.2 If the recipient is unavailable, Australia Post may leave the parcel in a safe place or direct it to the nearest Post Office for collection.
5.3 Customers must ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. Pool Perfectionists is not liable for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
6. Delays
6.1 While Pool Perfectionists endeavours to meet expected delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to:

- Extreme weather events
- Peak seasonal demand
- Regional or remote delivery handling
6.2 Pool Perfectionists is not responsible for delays outside of our control but will assist customers with tracking and inquiries where possible.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
7.1 Customers must notify Pool Perfectionists immediately if an order arrives damaged, providing photographs where possible.
7.2 If a parcel is lost in transit, Pool Perfectionists will lodge an investigation with Australia Post and provide updates throughout the resolution process.
