💬 What does the all-inclusive plan really cover?
Everything to keep your pool healthy and clear — 10 onsite visits, all routine chemicals, system checks, and water balancing. It’s a full maintenance service.
💬 What chemicals are included?
We supply and apply all regular maintenance chemicals:
- Chlorine (liquid or granular)
- pH adjusters
- Stabiliser
- Clarifier
- Algaecide
- Phosphate removers
💬 Do you test my water every visit?
Absolutely — we test your pool water onsite during every visit and adjust as needed. You’ll also receive a summary after each service.
💬 What if my pool is larger than 20,000L?
You’ll be on our Premium Tier ($2,280/year). It includes everything from the Standard Plan — just scaled for larger pools and more chemical volume.
💬 How often do you visit?
Up to 10 times per year, depending on the season and your pool’s needs. We space visits strategically to maintain water quality year-round.
💬 Can you service my saltwater pool?
Yes! We service saltwater and chlorine pools. We monitor salt levels and clean your salt chlorinator cells when needed.
💬 What happens if it rains or storms?
We factor weather into our schedule. After heavy rain, we’ll prioritise chemical balancing and skimming to keep your pool clean and healthy.
💬 What if I’m away on holiday?
No need to pause — we keep your pool clear while you’re away.
Tell us your dates and we’ll time a service so your pool stays swim-ready. Perfect water, zero stress.
💬 Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. We only ask for 30 days’ notice — no cancellation fees, no pressure.
💬 What if my pump or filter breaks?
We’ll diagnose and notify you if anything needs repair. While equipment replacement isn’t included, we’ll offer a quote and priority scheduling.
💬 Do you offer robotic cleaner hire?
Yes — from $69. We also sell robotic cleaners and offer exclusive member pricing.
💬 Can I pay monthly?
Yes!

We’ll set you up with auto-pay and take care of everything else.
💬 Will you clean the filter?
Yes. We rinse cartridges or backwash sand filters depending on your system — and advise when replacement is due.
💬 What if I need an extra visit?
Extra visits are available on request at discounted member rates. Great for pre-event or storm clean-ups.
💬 Do you offer pool/spa combo plans?
We sure do! If you have a spa or hot tub alongside your pool, we can quote to include both in the same plan.
💬 Do you provide reports or records?
Yes. We send summaries of each service including what we tested, cleaned, and applied — plus any technician notes.
